Georgia Cucumber Jelly
Ingredients
6 cucumbers
3 packages gelatin
2 1/2 c water
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1 ts onion
1/4 ts salt
2 green food coloring
1/4 c pimientos
8 1/2 individual molds
4 ring mold
Instructions
firm. Serve as jelly as accompaniment to cold meat or fish.
