German Apple Cake

Ingredients

1 1/4 bake it all mix
1 egg
3/8 c granulated sugar
1/4 c milk
1/4 c brown sugar packed
1 t cinnamon
3 apples

Instructions

*3 medium, pared and cored Break egg into bowl; beat. Blend in granulated sugar and milk. Add 1 cup Mix. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Pour batter into an 8-inch round cake pan, bottom rubbed with shortening.

Blend 1/4 cup Mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of mixture over batter. Arrange apple slices in rows on top. Sprinkle remaining mixture over apples. Bake in a 350 F. oven about 40 minutes. 8-inch round cake Recipe By :
