Ginger-soy Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 c cider vinegar
2 tb low sodium soy sauce
2 green onion
1 tb gingerroot
1/4 c orange juice concentrate
2 tb lomon juice

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use to marinate meat, fish, chicken for an hour or overnight, turning to coat from time to time.
