Ginger And Peach Chicken

Ingredients

4 chicken breast
8 oz peach
1 t cornstarch
1/2 t gingerroot
1/4 t salt
1/2 c water chestnuts
2 c rice
6 oz pkg pea pods
12 oz total
1/2 cup stir in cornstarch

On a serving platter or 4 individual plates arrange rice, pea pods, and chicken.
