Ginger Creams

Ingredients

1 c margarine
1 1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 c molasses
1 c coffee
1 tb baking soda
1 ts cinnamon
1 ts ginger
1 ts salt
5 1/2 c flour

Instructions

Recipe by: Edith Anderson Cream margarine and sugar together until smooth, then add ingredients in order. Chill thoroughly before rolling out; cut with cookie cutters (gingerbread men preferred!). Bake at 375 for 12 minutes. ----
