Ginger Icebox Cookies

Ingredients

1 c shortening
1 c sugar
1/2 c molasses
4 1/2 c flour
3 ts ginger
1 ts salt
2 eggs

Instructions

Cream sugar, shortening, add eggs. Beat well. Add molasses and dry ingredients to make a stiff dough. Form into roll. Put in icebox to chill. Note: Cut, place on baking sheet. Bake in 375 F. oven.
