Gingered Chicken Salad

Ingredients

some garlic
some watercress
2 c cubed chicken breast
1/2 scallions
1 c snow peas
1 bean sprouts
1 c thinly mushrooms
2 tb low sodium soy sauce
2 tb ginger
1 tb oil
1/2 ts oriental sesame oil
3/8 c lemon juice

Instructions

Place The Chicken, Scallions, Peas, Bean Sprouts & Mushrooms in A Large Bowl. Combine The Soy Sauce, Ginger, Oil, Sesame Oil, Lemon Juice & Garlic And Toss With The Chicken Mixture.
