Gingered Ham Slice

Ingredients

1 slice fully center ham
1/2 c ginger ale
1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tb vegetable oil
1 1/2 ts wine vinegar
1 ts dry mustard
1/4 ts ginger

Instructions

Slash fat edge of ham. Whisk briskly the ginger ale, orange juice, brown sugar, vegetable oil, ginger, mustard and cloves. Pour over ham in a shallow dish. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and preferably overnight. Spoon marinade over ham frequently. Brown on grill over medium coals, or broil about 5 inches from the heat for about 15 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with marinade. Per serving: 276 cal; 26g pro, 13g carb, 13g fat(42%)
