Gingered Shrimp& Noodle Soup

4 1/2 c water
2 tb rice wine vinegar
1 ts ginger
1 d pepper flakes
1 lb shrimp
8 oz sugar snap peas
1/2 lb sugar snap peas
2 oz radishes
3 quart microwave-safe casserole
1 pound chicken breasts
