Glazed Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

3 packages sweet potatoes
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c honey
1 tb cornstarch
1/2 ts cinnamon
1/4 ts nutmeg
2 ts orange rind
2 tb butter
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/4 c walnuts
16 ounce cans of potatoes in syrup
6 sweet potatoes
1/2 baking dish
6 ingredients in a saucepan

Instructions

walnuts, cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Remove from regrigerator and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Southern Living: Home for the Holidays 1993 ----
