1/2 c quick-cooking rolled oats
1 1/2 ts cinnamon
1/2 ts salt
1/2 ts baking powder
1/4 ts baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c packed brown sugar
3/8 c vegetable oil
1/2 ts vanilla
1 c apple sauce
190 oven for about

Instructions

Transfer muffins to rack; let cool completely. Per serving: about 160 calories, 3 g Protein, 7 g fat, 22 g carbohydrate
