Good'n Easy Stew
Ingredients
3 pounds stewing beef in
1 1/2 chunks
1 1/2 oz envlp dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup sauterne wine
10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup
4 oz mushrooms
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours . If desired, thicken gravy. Serves 8
