Grandmother's Brown Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
3 c brown sugar
3/4 c shortening
4 eggs
5 c flour
3/4 ts baking soda
3/4 ts cream tartar
1 ts vanilla
Instructions
Flour to make a soft dough. Roll, cut and bake in quick oven. Note: Quick oven is probably around 425 F.
