Great Chiles

Ingredients

12 poblano chilies
1/2 lb monterey jack
1/4 onion
1 garlic clove
6 eggs
3/4 ts salt
1 1/2 c whipping cream
3 tb sour cream
9 pie
2 sides
1/2 above rim

Instructions

necessary. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve hot or at room temperature. Serves 6 main course servings.
