Ingredients

1 lb firm bean curd
1 tb peanut oil
3 cilantro
3 tb garlic
2 tb scallions
2 1/2 tb ginger
2 chile flakes
2 tb dark soy sauce
2 ts sugar
1/2 ts salt
2 1/2 ts sesame oil
2 c peanut oil
1 tb peanut oil
1 tb rice wine
2 ts soy sauce
1 c chicken stock
1 ts cornstarch
1 ts water
