Gujrati Dal
Ingredients
1 mixed dal
3 tomatoes
1 slice eggplant
1 zucchini
1/2 ts turmeric
1 tb ginger
1 ts garlic
2 green chilies
4 tb ghee
3/4 ts black mustard seeds
3/4 ts cumin seeds
3/8 asafetida
1 ts salt
2 tb coriander leaves
3 cups water
