Ham And Turkey Hash With Peppery Corn Muffins

Ingredients

some scallions
2 shedds spread country
3 tb flour
3 c milk
2 lowfat
3/8 c cheddar cheese
1/2 ts pepper sauce
3 tb vegetable oil
1 lb sweet potatoes peel
1/2 ch
8 oz ham in
1 chunks
8 smoked turkey breasts in
1 bell pepper in
2 apples peel
1 c cornmeal
1 c flour
1 tb sugar
1 tb baking powder
1/2 ts salt
2 egg
2 tb black pepper coarsely
10 ovenproof skillet over heat
4 from heat source
2 1/2 muffin with no stick cooking spray

Instructions

Prepare batter, spoon into prepared muffin-pan cups, filling each 3/4 full. Sprinkle batter in cups lightly with coarsely ground black pepper; bake 10 to 12 minutes until browned and wooden pick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Recipe By : Redbook April 1995
