Ham, Cheese, And Herb Baguette

Ingredients

some flour over a working surface
1 1/2 tb dry yeast
1 1/2 c warm water
1 tb honey
1/2 ts salt
4 tb olive oil
1 1/2 c cubed ham
1/2 c parmesan
2 ts rosemary
2 tsp crumbled
2 ts thyme
2 ts sage
1/2 roll out one
1/2 a rectangle
14 by
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 ham over the surface
1/2 cheese on top
1/2 herbs

Instructions

tablespoon of olive oil. Place in the middle shelf of the hot oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bread has a golden brown crust and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. Serves 8. Makes 2 loaves.
