Ham With Port Raisin Sauce
Ingredients
2 1/2 lb smoked ham
2 tawny
3/8 cup double-strength beef broth
3/8 cup water
1/2 cup dark raisins
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs cornstarch dissolved in
2 tbs water
1 pierce the ham all over with the tip of a sharp knife
3 1/2 quart slow-cooker
