Harpoon Chili
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 purple onion coarsely
1 spanish onion coarsely
4 garlic
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teas ponns chili flakes
1 tablespoon cumin
1 eggplant
1 cup beans soaked
1 cup black beans sooked
2 pounds kidney beans
12 ounces bottled beer harpoon ale
1 tablespoon greek oregano
40 ounces tomatoes
1 pound chicken breast
1 slice bell pepper cored in
1 slice green bell pepper cored in
1 goat cheese cilantro
16 substitute
2 nd bottle of ale to the chili when it needs i if you dont like eggplant
2 zucchini
4 cups eggplant
Instructions
6. Serve with a dollop of (soft) goat cheese and fresh cilantro.
