Harvest Rice

Ingredients

3 tb vegetable oil
1 c thinly carrots
1 c green onions
2 c brown rice
1/2 c seedless raisins
1 sesame seed
1/2 ts salt

Instructions

Cook carrots in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until tender crisp. Add onions and apples; cook 5 minutes. Stir in rice, raisins, sesame seed, and salt.
