Hazelnut Cornmeal Biscotti
Ingredients
1/2 lb hazelnuts
1 1/2 c sugar
1 3/8 c flour
3/4 c cornmeal
1 1/4 ts cinnamon
1 ts baking powder
1/4 ts salt
3 tb oil
5 eggs
375 deuntil fragrent
2 baking sheets with oil
4 egg whites
18 lonlightly beat remaining egg in bowl
375 deuntil golden brown
2 weeks
325 slices de on the diagonal
Instructions
lightly browned,12 to 14 minutes longer.Cool completely and store in airtight container.Makes 6 dozen cookies..... ----
