1 lb pea beans 1/2 bacon 3/4 c onions 1 green pepper 3/4 c celery 28 oz tomato sauce 1 1/2 ts dry mustard 1 tb salt 1/4 c molasses 1/2 c brown sugar
Instructions
Soak beans overnite. Cook soaked beans til tender. Chop vegetables. Simmer bacon, onion, pepper, and celery but do _not_ brown. Place all ingredients in a casserole or bean crock and bake at 300 for 2-7 hours til done. Helen Peagram
