Herb-packed Snapper

Ingredients

some garlic
4 snapper fillets
2 chinese bean paste
1 tbsp parsley
1 tb chives
1 tb flour
12 sundried tomato
1 tb olive oil
1 1/2 tb lemon juice
1/2 oz pine nuts
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup liquid
1 teaspoon oil
2 teaspoons oil skille

Instructions

Add tomatoes and reserved liquid, pine nuts and garlic; cook 1 minute, until heated through. Spoon sauce evenly over snapper.
