Herb Crusted Cod With Corn

Ingredients

4 cod filets
1 cup panko
1/4 cilantro
1/4 chives
1/4 cup italian parsley
1/8 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic
1 slice knob of ginger
4 cups chicken stock
4 ears corn
8 heads baby bok choy washed
1 place a bed of bok choy on a heated dinner
