Herbed Spaghetti Squash With Mozzarella

Ingredients

4 tb butter
5 garlic
4 oz smoked
1/4 dice
1 c basil leaves
5 protein
9 carbohyrate
12 fat
36 mg cholesterol
265 mg sodium
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Instructions

small bowl; mash. With fork, comb squash strands into large bowl. Add mashed garlic, cheese and basil; toss. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper. If deisred, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
