Honey-wine Smoked Ribs

Ingredients

2 c madeira wine
3/8 c honey
1/4 c dijon mustard
1 tb onion
2 tb worcestershire sauce
1 tb lemon juice
4 lb fully smoked pork
1/2 thickened
6 from high coals

Instructions
