1 tb dijon-style mustard 2 tb honey 3 tb lemon juice 1/2 ts salt 1/2 ts pepper 3/4 c safflower oil

-(or other vegetable oil) IN A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing. Makes 1 1/2 Cups
