Honey Carrot Cookies

Ingredients

1 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2 eggs
3 tb honey
1 ts vanilla
2 1/4 c all purpose flour
2 ts baking soda
1/2 ts nutmeg
1/4 ts salt
1/2 c carrot
1 balls
2 on ungreased cookie shee bake

Instructions
