Hot Apple Pandowdy

Ingredients

1 1/4 c butter
5/8 c sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 c sifted all-purpose flour
3 ts baking powder
1/2 ts salt
1 c milk
3 apples
1/4 c brown sugar
1 ts cinnamon
2 c sweetened whipped cream
1 eg

Instructions
