Hot Scallop Salad With Potato Chips

Ingredients

1 lb sea scallops
3/8 c salad oil
1 tb ginger
2 tb lime juice
3 ts marjoram leaves
1 ts sugar
1/4 ts pepper
3/8 c thinly green onion
1/8 lb mixed salad leaves
3 oz pototo chips
12 frying over high heat
1/2 scallops

Instructions
