Hot Shades Cookies

Ingredients

3 c all purpose flour
1 ts baking powder
1/2 ts salt
3/4 c butter
1/2 c shortening
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 egg
1 lemon extract
4 rolls fruit-flavored life
1/8 in a bowl
3 by
5 index car card to resemble a pair of sunglasses
1/2 dough on a surface sprinkled with flour
1/2 wide all around

Instructions

baking sheet. Spoon crushed candy into lens holes, filling level with top of cookie. Bake 7 to 9 minutes; let cool completely on sheets. Carefully ----
