Hsin-min Shrimp

Ingredients

1 lb shrimp
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c sherry
1 tb lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/4 c peanut oil

Instructions

Peel and devein shrimp. Mix ingredients well, pour over shrimp and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Remove shrimp and broil about 2 minutes each side. ----
