1/2 lb cream cheese 2 tb mayonnaise 1 c chicken 1 c blanched almonds 1 tb chutney 1/2 ts salt 1 tb curry powder 1/2 c coconut
Instructions
Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add chicken, almonds, chutney, salt and curry powder. Shape into walnut sized balls and roll in coconut. Chill. Makes 36 balls. Randy Rigg
