Indonesian Salad
Ingredients
some garlic
1/2 c flaked coconut
1 1/2 c water
1 onion
1 1/2 ts peanut oil
5/8 c peanut butter
1 tb sugar
1/2 ts salt
1/2 ts chili powder
1/8 ts ginger
1 bean sprouts
1 c cabbage
4 bean curd
2 tb peanut
1 c potatoes
1 c green beans
1 c carrots
1 slice cucumber
2 slices eggs
1 cup water
2 quart saucepan about
10 skillet over heat
Instructions
Remove with slotted spoon. Drain. Cook potatoes in same skillet until light brown. Drain. Arrange bean sprouts, cabbage, bean curd, potatoes and remaining ingredients on platter. Pour warm Dressing over Salad.
