Italian Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb zucchini
1/2 c onion
1/2 c green pepper
4 tb margarine
1 package spaghetti sauce dry mix
1/2 c cheddar cheese
1 package mushroom
1 package tomato paste
1 c water
1 slice parmesan cheese
