Jellyroll Layer Cake
Ingredients
6 eggs
1 5/8 c sugar
2 c self rising flour
1 ts cinnamon
1/2 ts nutmeg
1/4 ts allspice
5/8 c water
2 ts vanilla extract
2 tb powdered sugar
4 3/8 english toffee frosting
1 jellyroll pans with vegetable oil
5/8 cups sugar
10 rectangle on
2 towels
1/8 from edges of cake
3 equal
6 slices are used

Instructions
NOTE: On the outside, Jellyroll Layer Cake looks like any other cake, but slicing reveals vertical, not horizontal layers. The layers are baked in a jellyroll pan, sliced, then rolled in the traditional manner, adding a new strip where the rolled strip ends ----
