Jerk Chicken Wings

Ingredients

1 c soy sauce
1/2 c wine vinegar
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 onion
1/4 c thyme leaves
1 tbs
2 tb ginger
1/4 c brown sugar
2 ts nutmeg
2 ts allspice
12 chicken wings
8 green onions
4 scotch bonnet
6 jalapeno peppers

Instructions
