Jerusalem Artichoke Soup A
Ingredients
1 lb jerusalem artichokes
1/2 lemon
4 tb butter
1 leek only
1 slice carrot
3 c chicken stock
1/2 c cream
4 quart nonreactive saucepan
2 1/2 cups stock
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup stock
Instructions
