Kapusniak Ze Swiezej Kapusty

Ingredients

3/4 lb pork
1 tb butter
1 package beef broth
1 package soup
2 packages soup of water
4 c cabbage
1/2 c onion
2 ts salt
1/2 ts paprika
1 bay leaf
1 tb sherry
1 sour cream

Instructions

Brown pork in butter. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cover; cook over low heat--30 min.; stir often. Serve with spoonsfull of sour cream. A Balkan stew-soup to make a supper. Origin: A Campbell cookbook--Cooking with Soup. GEnie F&WRT
