Kasha Burgers

Ingredients

1 cup buckwheat groats
2 onions
1/2 pound mushrooms
1 tablespoon parsley
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Cook kashe and cook. Saute onions and mushrooms. Mix all together, Shape into burgers and brown in Pammed skillet or griddle.
