Kasha Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients
6 firm
1/2 ts salt
1/2 scallions
2 garlic
1 celery rib
1 c mushrooms
2 tb olive oil
1 tb egg replacer
1/4 c water
1 kasha
2 c vegetable broth
1/4 c wheatgerm
1/4 c pine nuts
1/4 c italian parsley
1/2 ts thyme
1/2 from tomato
1/2 shell
4 ts oil until softened
Instructions
Place reserved tops on the tomatoes, brush with the remaining oil. Bake another 10 minutes & then serve immediately.
