Ingredients

3 1/4 yoghurt
6 t vegetable oil
1 3/4 stick of cinnamon
2 1/2 t salt
1 asafetida
3 cubed lamb
4 t paprika
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1 1/2 t ginger
3 5/8 c water
1/4 t garam masala
