1 c coarsely almonds
1/2 c caster sugar
1 ts cinnamon
1 egg
1 tb brandy
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c water
1 ts lemon juice
1 slice of lemon rind
1 cinnamon bark
1 tb honey
40 oven temperature
60 cm
2 filling along one narrow edge
5 if preferred
30 rolls about
1 syrup
