2 eggs 1 1/4 c equal parts corn liquid 3/8 c nonfat dry milk 1/2 ts baking soda 1 1/4 c all purpose flour 1 ts sugar 2 tb baking powder 1/2 ts salt 1 package kernel corn
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Bake on a greased, heated griddle. Not: For corn liquid, use water in which corn has been boiled, sweetened to taste with corn syrup; or use liquid from canned corn.
