Key West Conch Chowder

7 chuck ozburn
2 conch
4 c potatoes
2 qt water
1/4 lb salt-cured pork
2 onions
1 green pepper
1 c tomatoes
1 ts salt
1/4 ts pepper
4 quart saucepan
