Kids-cook: Couscous

Ingredients

1 1/2 c water
3/8 c raisins
1 ts salt
1 c couscous
1 tb butter

Instructions

Measure water, raisins and salt into saucepan; bring to boil. Stir in couscous and butter; cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
