Lamb Fillet With Morels

Ingredients

12 morels
320 g lamb fillet
120 g romaine lettuce
200 g pork net
1 sheet
3/8 c liquefied gravy sauce
1/4 c port wine
10 g shallots
1/4 c wine
1 few drops of wine
150 g chicken stock
120 g cream
15 g chives
100 potato
10 g flour
1 egg
1/2 egg yolk
1/4 c cream
1/4 c milk
12 broccoli florets
50 g tomato
10 g truffle
22 salisbury road
1 1/2 cms wide
3/8 cup gravy
12 golden-brown potato pancakes
12 portions

Instructions
