3/4 c bulgar wheat
2 c boiling water
2 lb lamb stew meat
1/2 c onion
1/2 c pine nuts
3 tb olive oil
2 eggs
1 ts coriander
2 ts cumin
3 tb lemon juice
2 tb dill
1 tb mint
1/2 balls
3750 oven
