Lemon Blueberry Cake

Ingredients

2 tb cornmeal
2 c unbleached pastry flour
1 1/2 ts baking powder
1 1/2 ts baking soda
1/4 ts salt
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 c squeezed lemon juice
2 lemons
1/4 c canola oil
1 egg
2 egg whites
5/8 c low fat butter milk
1 tb vanilla extract
3 blueberries
11 baking with vegetable oil

Instructions

bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve warm from the oven. Nutritional information per serving (15): 144 calories,
